Advisory Retainer Or Fractional CTO: Ongoing part-time senior technical leadership and advisory on a recurring basis.
Project Engagement: A scoped implementation or integration project with defined outcomes.
Workshop Or Deep Dive: A short, focused session on a specific decision: architecture, AI posture, or integration approach.
